Diesel generator exhaust treatment method?

A small amount of exhaust gas is discharged during the use of the generator. If the exhaust gas is directly discharged, it will produce some pollution to the surrounding environment. According to the environmental protection requirements, it is also necessary to further improve the environmental quality around the diesel generator set, because the pollutants in the exhaust gas of the diesel generator are: nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, particulate matter, sulfide, etc. Therefore, the exhaust gas of the diesel generator set must be treated.
The conventional practice is to use the swirl plate water washing spray method, the swirl plate spray tower, the gas in the tower from the bottom up high-speed movement, and from the top down the washing liquid phase contact, because the tower is set up with a multi-layer swirl plate, it can increase the gas-liquid contact area and contact time, so that the tail gas and water in the tower and the board in full contact. In the process of contact with spray water, the carbon black in the tail gas is fully adsorbed by water and can be purified. Gaseous pollutants such as NOx and SO2 in the tail gas make the spray water alkaline by adding a certain proportion of NaOH in the spray water. In the spray process, when the water contacts with the tail gas, chemical reactions occur, so that the gaseous pollutants such as NOx and SO2 can be neutralized to achieve good treatment effect. In the whole exhaust gas purification process, the equipment does not need to be cleaned, and the spray water used can be recycled, which can realize automatic control and easy operation.
But no matter how to take the method in the design must pay attention to the following requirements:
1, the design and construction of diesel generator exhaust treatment engineering, in addition to comply with this technical specification, should also comply with the current national mandatory standards.
2. The treatment scale and process of the diesel generator exhaust treatment project should be determined according to the types, concentrations and treatment requirements of the gas pollutants in the exhaust gas of the enterprise, so as to protect the environment, be economical and reasonable, and be technically reliable.
(3) The selection of treatment engineering and technical solutions should meet the requirements of the environmental impact assessment report approval document, and the exhaust gas treatment of diesel generators should stably meet the provisions of relevant national and local emission standards.
