(1) Do not adjust or disassemble the high-pressure oil pump at will. If adjustment is indeed necessary, it should be carried out on a dedicated test bench.
(2) Strengthen the maintenance of diesel engine fuel pumps, keep the gear rods, sector gears, control sleeves and other components of high-pressure fuel pumps clean, and frequently check the fit between the sector gears and the control sleeves to ensure correct fit and flexible operation.
(3) Do not add too much oil to the oil pan of the air filter, and regularly change the lubricating oil of the governor. The amount of engine oil added should also not be too much.
(4) The quality of fuel and lubricating oil should comply with the regulations.
(5) For diesel engines that have been parked for a long time, before starting, the relevant parts of the governor should be inspected and rust removed before use.
(6) After cleaning the filter element with gasoline, it is essential to spin off all the gasoline and allow it to fully evaporate in the atmosphere before installing it into the filter.
(7) For diesel engines with turbochargers, damaged oil seals should be replaced in a timely manner.
