1. Performance & Quality Compliance
The performance and quality of the selected diesel generator set shall comply with relevant national standards.
Diesel generator sets are widely used as standby emergency power supplies for telecommunications, finance, hospitals, schools, commercial facilities, industrial and mining enterprises, and residential buildings. They also serve as independent power sources for military operations, field work, vehicles, vessels and other special scenarios.
For diesel generator sets applied in the telecommunications industry, they shall meet the requirements of Class G3 or G4 specified in GB 2820-1997, as well as the 24 performance indicators stipulated in the Implementation Rules for Network Access Quality Certification and Testing of Diesel Generator Sets for Telecommunications. In addition, the units must pass strict inspections conducted by the quality supervision and testing center for communication power equipment designated by competent national industry authorities.
For diesel generator sets dedicated to military telecommunications, they shall conform to GB 2820-1997, relevant GJB standards and the Quality Testing Standards for Communication Power Equipment formulated by military authorities, and pass rigorous quality inspections by designated organizations.
