Install a secondary muffler on the exhaust pipe of the generator. The exhaust gas from the generator is vibrated by a stainless steel corrugated expansion joint and then silenced by a muffler before being discharged. Wrap the exhaust pipe and muffler of the generator with 25mm thick glass wool for insulation and heat preservation, and then wrap them with aluminum platinum paper to prevent heat dissipation, thereby effectively preventing the room temperature in the machine room from rising. According to the actual situation, place the dust collector at an appropriate position in the machine room, and discharge the flue gas after treatment. Due to the few elbows in the flue pipe and the large radius of the elbows (≥1.5 times the pipe diameter), the resistance to exhaust gas venting is small, and the operation of the generator set is good.
