Unattended Control Instructions for Diesel Generator Sets

1. Turn on the power switch and set the panel to the automatic position. The status indicator light will turn on. At this point, the program enters the automatic standby state.

2. When the city power grid loses power, the controller will start the program within 3 seconds of operation.

3. Each time it starts, turn off the engine (for 8 seconds) with a 1-second delay before starting the program.

4. Start 3 times, with an interval of 15 seconds.

5. If the program fails to start 3 times, it will not start again. The light will alarm.

6. After successful startup, switch to the power generation output 15 seconds later.

7. After the city power arrives, unload the load 2 seconds later. The engine runs for 10 seconds before turning off the engine and stopping for 8 seconds.

8. Switch to the city power 5 seconds after it stops.

9. The water and oil temperatures exceed the limit, causing the engine to automatically shut down. The working status indicator light flashes and alarms. It will automatically shut off after 20 seconds.

10. If the engine oil pressure is too low, the diesel engine will be forced to shut down. The working status indicator light flashes and alarms.

11. If the generator fails, the diesel engine will be forced to shut down. The working status indicator light flashes and alarms.
