Turn on the power switch and set the panel switch to the AUTO position. The status indicator light turns on, and the system enters the automatic standby mode.
When the mains power fails, the controller will initiate the starting procedure within 3 seconds.
Before each start, the engine will stay in the flameout state for 8 seconds, followed by a 1-second delay before starting.
Maximum starting attempts: 3 times, with a 15-second interval between attempts.
If starting fails after three attempts, the unit will stop starting and trigger a visual alarm.
Switch to power generation output 15 seconds after successful startup.
When mains power is restored, the load will be cut off within 2 seconds. The unit will run without load for 10 seconds, then shut down with an 8-second flameout period.
Switch back to mains power 5 seconds after the unit comes to a complete stop.
The unit will shut down automatically if the water temperature or oil temperature exceeds the limit. The running status light flashes for alarm, and the engine will flame out automatically after 20 seconds.
The diesel engine will be forced to shut down in case of low oil pressure, with the running status light flashing to give an alarm.
The diesel engine will be forced to shut down upon generator failure, with the running status light flashing to give an alarm.
