The characteristics and causes of the noise in the operation of the generator are as follows: (1) The leakage noise of the outer valve of the high-load low-speed valve is obvious, and the noise increases with the increase of the load. The main causes are operating errors on the Dawn valve or excessive wear on the valve guide boring causing the valve to tilt or reduce valve spacing, the valve to burn, the valve to close, and the leakage noise. Treatment: Remove cylinder head, grind valve, check valve spring force, readjust valve clearance. (2) When the engine is running at idle speed, there will be a continuous percussion sound between the front end of the valve and the driving part, and the percussion sound will increase with the increase of the speed. Even if the engine temperature changes or catches fire, the combustion sound does not change. Main causes: adjusted valve clearance changes (insufficient locking, valve and drive components wear), improperly adjusted valve screws wear, loose locking nuts, too large or mismatched valve spacing. Valve spring seat wear treatment method: readjust valve clearance. If the lock nut of the adjusting screw is loose, lock it securely and replace the badly worn part. (3) Replacement of valve spring when it is damaged. (4) plate, plate ring off, plate surface rough, processing accuracy is not qualified, plate ring interference selection, loose, improper material selection, excessive thermal deformation, plate assembly technology is not good. Treatment: According to the requirements of the assembly process, reinstall the valve seat so that the top surface is flush with the valve plane, thus flattening the high part.
