Diesel generator oil pump is an important part. Generally speaking, in order to ensure the use of the organs of the diesel generator set, great attention must be paid to the use and installation of the oil pump.
1. Before installing the oil pump, make sure that the model and specification are correct, remove the anti-rust oil, the gasket thickness is appropriate, too thin or too thick, the piston is dead or cannot work normally, tighten the bolt evenly to prevent damage to the oil pump.
2. The coarse filter in the oil pump connector is easy to be blocked by cotton and other dirty things, so it is necessary to check and clean frequently, and repair or replace the filter damage in time.
3. There is a rubber sealing device between the oil pump piston and the hand pump body. Do not remove it casually.
4. After using the hand pump, press and tighten the button again to ensure that the hand pump, rubber band, ball valve, and valve are not tightened. Inhalation or oil leakage must be prevented.
5. Check whether the elasticity of the “4 spring” of the plunger pump is normal. “4 spring” is the piston spring, tappet roller spring, oil intake valve spring, crack valve spring, spring elasticity weakened or broken, must be adjusted in time to replace or cushion.
6. There is no damage to the gasket sealed everywhere. Watanabe apricot with excessive plastic ring decomposition should be replaced regularly.
7. Some pumps have oil spill holes, and the role of tooth holes is to discharge a small amount of diesel oil from the pump directly. Plug the hole to prevent diesel from entering the fuel pump bottom oil dilution lubricating oil, Apricot Watanabe.
8. If it is found that there is too much oil-based diesel fuel in the injection pump, it should timely check whether the clearance between the oil pump piston and the pump body, the tappet and the tappet sleeve is too large. If it is too large, the diesel oil will leak seriously, and the parts in the injection pump and governor should be prevented from poor lubrication.
9. When the machine stops for a long time, every matching surface of the oil pump must be taken, especially the piston and pump, pillar, pillar room, rust prevention measures (replace the lubricating oil with moisture, diesel oil and other impurities at the bottom of the injection pump when the machine stops).
10. The added diesel oil should be precipitated and filtered to ensure cleanliness and prevent excessive impurities. The intake valve, relief valve and valve of the oil pump are seriously worn, and sometimes the oil valve is covered by impurities and fails.
