Check for leaks or dents between the fuel supply line from the tank to the pump, check for air entering the fuel system, and check for fuel control valves stuck, stuck, and faulty. Check fuel pressure. When the full load of the engine is running, the outlet pressure of the fuel pump is low and should reach 415kPa. When the fuel pressure is lower than the above pressure, the fuel filter must be replaced. The oil pressure is still low and the fuel pump must be checked. Second: invalid valve clearance. Adjust valve clearance. Third, the fuel quality is not good. Discharge the fuel in the tank and replace the fuel filter. Fill up the tank. Fourth, the power adjustment is too low. Adjust engine power according to technical specifications of engine brand. Fifth: turbocharger carbon accumulation. Turbocharger check, repair if necessary. Sixth: Check intake manifold pressure. Check the air filter for oil source blockage. Seventh: the air filter is blocked. Diesel generator manufacturers warn users that diesel engines are overheating and ambient temperatures are too high. Oil and cooling water temperature is high, discharge temperature is also greatly increased, maintenance cooler and radiator, remove scale. Make sure the pipe path is not too small. If the ambient temperature is too high, ventilation should be improved and cooling measures should be temporarily strengthened.
