The parameters of the diesel generator set are set to maintain the voltage under normal operating load. Too high or too low voltage may affect the use of the diesel generator set.
1) Measure the actual value of the output voltage of the equipment
2) Confirm that the meter has no deviation
3) If the voltage is actually high, follow the detailed steps. Check and readjust the AVR
4) Confirm that the load is non-capacitive and the power factor is not advanced
5) Confirm that the unit speed/frequency is normal
6) If the actual value of the voltage is normal, check whether the circuit part of the voltage display is correct.
7) Check whether the set limit of high pressure alarm is correct and reasonable.
