High oil levels. As the oil temperature rises, the oil level is higher than the oil level, so it may not be visible even if the oil level reaches its peak. ITO power believes that the reason for the high oil level is that the abnormal operation of the transformer cooler causes the transformer oil temperature to rise, and the oil rises due to thermal expansion. If you put in the oil transformer, put in more oil. If the ambient temperature rises significantly, the oil level will be too high. Due to the abnormal operation of the cooler, if the oil level is too high, it is appropriate to check whether the surface of the cooler is blocked by dust, whether the upper and lower valves of the tubing are opened, whether the pipeline is blocked, whether the fan and submersible pump work normally, whether the temperature of the cooling medium is appropriate flow. If the oil level is too high, drain to the appropriate height. When Liu Wei is not visible, please judge the correct wire height and arrange it at the appropriate height.
Low grade. The oil level of the transformer is obviously lower than the oil level corresponding to the oil temperature at that time. When the oil level is low or invisible, please determine that the oil level is too low. The low oil level may be due to transformer oil spill. When the transformer’s crude oil position is not high, the transformer load drops sharply or the external environment temperature drops significantly, the oil level is too low, and the transformer oil with strong oil cooling flows into the cooler for a long time, and the oil level is too low. Too low an oil level will cause mild gas protection behavior and, in the case of floating-point relays, heavy gas protection tripping. Obviously insufficient oil will make transformer core and coil exposed to air, prone to moisture, but also cause insulation damage (insulation). Therefore, if the oil level of the transformer is too low or obviously drops, please replenish the normal oil level as soon as possible. Due to major oil leakage, the oil price has dropped significantly. It is prohibited to turn the gas protective layer from tripping into a signal to eliminate oil leakage and normally close the authority of the fuel. In case of a large amount of oil spill, the oil level falls under the gas relay or continues to fall, please stop the transformer immediately.
False oil level. Non-capsule sealed tank oil standard pipe clogging, ventilator clogging, explosion-proof tube vent hole clogging may lead to false oil level. There is a certain amount of air in the capsule sealing tank, the capsule is blocked, the breathing is not smooth, the capsule installation position is not reasonable, the capsule pocket rupture will cause false milk. During processing, remove the protection of heavy gas first.
