How to prevent bubbling of diesel generator tank?

How to prevent bubbling in the fuel tank of the diesel generator set is because the high-pressure gas in the cylinder intrudes into the cooling waterway. The causes and removal methods of gas channeling are as follows.
1. The head nut is not tightened according to the specified torque. If the torque is too small, the cylinder head cannot be pressed, and the high-pressure gas will escape into the waterway. Tighten top nut to specified torque and retighten periodically.
2. If the cylinder washer is used for too long, it will be washed away or burned out, and the sealing will be poor, resulting in air leakage. Replace the cylinder washer with a new one.
3. The surface of the cover is not evenly processed or deformed, resulting in air leakage. Grind the cover flat or replace the cover.
4. Due to improper assembly, the shoulder of the cylinder bore was broken and the air leaked. Replace cylinder bore as specified.
5. The shoulder height of the cylinder bore is not enough, or the depth of the body into the shoulder hole is too large. After the cylinder bore enters the body, the protruding plane height of the body is not enough, and the gas escapes from the shoulder into the waterway. Therefore, before assembly should be tested to check the protrusion to ensure that it is within the allowable range.
