If you do not maintain it for a long time, it will not be able to compensate in time after the electrolyte evaporates. If the battery charger is not activated, the battery will decrease after a long period of natural discharge.
Oil has a certain durability, that is, if it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical functions of the oil will change, and the cleanliness of the diesel generator set will deteriorate during operation, resulting in damage to the unit components.
4. When water enters the air of the diesel generator set, condensation will occur under the condition of temperature change. Water droplets stick to the inner walls of the tank. When the water droplets enter the diesel, the water content of the diesel will exceed the standard. When these diesels enter the high pressure oil pump of the starter, there will be slight rust at the coincident point, and serious damage will occur.
5. During the operation of the diesel generator set, oil pollution or impurities will accumulate on the filter wall, resulting in a decline in the filtering function, excessive accumulation, and the oil pipeline cannot be dredged. When the equipment is working, it cannot work normally due to lack of oil.
6. Smooth system and seal
These not only reduce lubrication but also damage other parts due to the chemical nature of lubricants or esters and iron filings after mechanical wear. At the same time, due to the corrosive effect of lubricating oil on the rubber sealing ring, the aging of other oil seals reduces their sealing effect.
