The harm of not operating according to the regulations is: when starting the diesel engine, if we first increase the throttle oil supply, it will cause a waste of fuel, and the excess diesel will wash the cylinder wall, the deterioration of lubrication between the piston, piston ring and cylinder liner and aggravate the wear, and the rest of the oil into the oil pan will dilute the oil and reduce the lubrication effect, resulting in too much diesel combustion in the cylinder will not completely form carbon deposit.
Correct method: First preheat the engine, then oil door supply, then start.
Three, avoid pulling the car to start

4. Avoid changing lubricating oil and fuel oil on time
Different oils are used in winter and summer because of different temperatures. At the same time, the viscosity of lubricating oil will decrease with the increase of temperature, which is easy to cause the consumption of lubricating oil too fast; In winter, if not timely change to low viscosity lubricating oil and low solidification of diesel, diesel engine internal resistance is larger, it is very difficult to start, and will accelerate the wear of the moving parts.
Five, avoid baking with open flame
In order to prevent fire, the application of soft fire or coal fire, must be in a certain distance (30cm) to bake the oil pan of the diesel engine, and slowly shake the oil shaft, so that the oil can be evenly heated, so that all parts are lubricated. If the diesel engine at the intake pipe ignition start, will make material combustion of ash and hard debris suction into the cylinder, resulting in the inlet and exhaust valve closed loosely and accelerate the wear of the cylinder. The best way is to add a jacket heater to the diesel generator to keep the temperature of the water tank and cylinder block at any time to ensure that the generator set can be started at any time.
Six, avoid adding oil directly to the cylinder
Add the oil to the cylinder, although it can play the role of sealing pressurization and heating, easy to start the diesel engine cooler, but the oil can not be completely burned, easy to produce carbon deposition, so that the elasticity of the piston ring is weakened, the sealing performance of the cylinder is reduced. In addition, it will accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, resulting in a decrease in the power of the diesel engine, making it more difficult to start, so the oil can not be directly added to the cylinder.
Seven, do not start continuously for a long time
The engine on the diesel engine is working under the condition of low voltage and high current, long time use will damage the battery. The continuous startup time cannot exceed 5 seconds. If a startup fails, it should be restarted after 15 seconds.
Eight, avoid high-speed operation just started
Diesel engine cold start due to the cold car state, high oil viscosity, flow resistance is also large, so that the oil into the friction pair time lag, diesel engine parts are not fully lubricated, resulting in diesel engine gear and bearing poor lubrication and damage, but also aggravate the wear of the cylinder and bearing, serious will also occur burning tile holding shaft.
