Common causes of diesel engine starting difficulties:
1. Insufficient battery power or insufficient battery capacity
When starting, it causes the starter to fail to start. Relevant diagnosis is: use the instrument light displayed on the dashboard of the car or use a multimeter for detection. For example, if there is no multimeter, you can use the horn to listen to the sound level. The sound is small or no sound. On the basis, it can be considered that the battery is insufficient or dead; or the headlights are driven, and the light intensity is judged; or the positive electrode of the battery is used to judge the sparks splashed by the ground flashover, if the sparks are weak, then It is believed that the battery power is insufficient, and the battery should be charged at this time;
2. There is a fault in the oil supply system:
1. There is no oil in the fuel tank or the fuel tank switch is not turned on, the fuel tank is cracked or smashed
2. The quality of diesel is poor, and there is more water in diesel
3. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5 °C, the engine and diesel grades used are improper, resulting in high engine and diesel viscosity, and the diesel engine
4. The shaft starting resistance torque is large, and it is difficult to start
5. The diesel filter of the diesel engine is blocked
6. There is air in the oil supply system, resulting in poor oil supply
7. The fuel supply advance angle is incorrect, the fuel supply is insufficient, and it cannot be started
8. The injector is damaged, the injection pressure is low, the oil drips and the atomization is poor
9. The high-pressure oil pipe joint is not tightly sealed or the high-pressure oil pipe is damaged and leaks oil, and it cannot be started.
10. There is a fault in the fuel injection pump: such as the wear of the oil outlet valve and the plunger coupler, the fracture of the oil outlet valve spring and the plunger spring, etc., the fuel injection pump does not supply oil.
