1. Oil cleaning

When using alkaline cleaning solution for thermal cleaning, heat to 70~90℃, immerse the parts for 10~15 minutes, then take out and rinse with clean water, and then dry with compressed air.
2. Carbon deposit removal
To remove carbon deposits, simple mechanical removal methods can be used to remove carbon deposits with metal brushes or scrapers, but it is not easy to remove carbon deposits, and it is easy to operate the surface of parts. It is best to use chemical methods to remove carbon deposits, that is, first use a decarbonizer to heat to 80~90 ° C, expand and soften the carbon deposits on the parts, and then remove them with a brush.
3. Scale removal
The scale is generally removed by chemical method. Caustic soda solution or hydrochloric acid solution, sodium fluoride hydrochloric acid descaling agent and phosphoric acid descaling agent are added to the coolant. After the engine works for a certain period of time, the coolant can be replaced.
