In fact, the working environment of the 200kw unit water temperature sensor is relatively harsh, and it is easy to deteriorate and damage. There are two main types of problems caused by the water temperature sensor. If there is a problem with the water temperature sensor, it will cause the car to start difficult, and the power will be insufficient when accelerating, and the water temperature meter will alarm. 1. The problem of high resistance indicates that the water temperature sensor maintains high resistance no matter in other situations. Under normal circumstances, high resistance is caused by three conditions:

①The water temperature sensor of the 200kw unit is open circuit, and the resistance value is ∞;

②If the water temperature sensor connector falls off or the wiring harness connected to the ECU is disconnected, the resistance value is ∞. ③Due to the deterioration of the water temperature sensor of the 200kw generator set, its resistance value is a stable large resistance or only changes within a large resistance range.

When the resistance of the water temperature sensor is too high, the information that needs to be kept sent to the engine ECU is the engine cold state data information, and the engine ECU sends low-temperature fuel supply data information, which will always increase the fuel supply. When starting, the water temperature data collected by ECU is the data information of a cold car, so increase the fuel injection volume to facilitate starting. Spark plugs are often immersed in fuel, so the engine is not easy to start, such as when the engine is very hot. After starting, it always provides a rich mixture of gas, which makes the idle speed value high because of rich oil.

2. The problem of low resistance indicates that the resistance is very low, that is, the water temperature sensor maintains a very low resistance regardless of other conditions. There are generally three situations:

①The water temperature sensor is short-circuited, and the resistance value is 0;

②Due to the deterioration of the water temperature sensor of the 200kw unit, the resistance value is a small stable resistance or only changes within the range of a small resistance;

③The power cord of the water temperature sensor is grounded due to splitting, and the resistance value is 0.

When the resistance of the water temperature sensor is low, the engine ECU needs to maintain the data information of the heat engine state, and the engine ECU sends the fuel supply data information under normal conditions. If there is no temperature compensation for the oil supply. Therefore, the engine is difficult to start, for example, in a cold state. But once it starts up smoothly, it can run normally without exception.
