l Before startup
1. Check whether all parts of the diesel engine are normal (corresponding parts of the unit). Whether the connection and fixing of cable terminals and lines are loose or short, whether the cable is damaged, and whether there are obstacles around the unit that affect the safe operation. Combustibles; And ensure the reliable grounding of the unit); ,
2. Check the water level of the tank (the liquid level should be as close as possible to the welding surface of the filler cover 5cm); (If the coolant is to ensure that the liquid level is between the upper and lower two scales, if insufficient, only the same specification of coolant can be added);
3. Check the oil level (ensure that the oil level is between the maximum and minimum of the dipstick scale);
4. Check whether the fuel is sufficient, and there is no leakage, open the tank switch;
5. Check the battery and close the switch between the battery and the unit (if there is a switch);
6. Check that the main air switch is OFF (off).
l Up and running
1. Open the electric lock, and then start the diesel engine. Release the start button (key) after the unit starts successfully. In order to prevent damage to the unit, the unit shall not be started continuously for more than 15 seconds. If it cannot be started, it shall wait 1-2 minutes for the next start. The setting resistance can be placed at the position where the maximum value and voltage rise.
2. After starting the unit, check whether the diesel engine various instrument readings are normal (oil pressure gauge). By adjusting the throttle pull bar, the voltage is 400 volts and the frequency meter specifies 50HZ.
3. After the unit is operated normally, and it is confirmed that there is no fault, open the air switch to “ON” for normal power supply.
4. When the unit is running with load, pay attention to the reading on the diesel engine dashboard. The instrument pointer must be normal, otherwise it will be adjusted.

l unit shutdown
1. Cut off the load to slow (no special circumstances need, do not allow sudden load reduction) to ensure the life of the engine, before stopping should be disconnected in line with the switch, let the unit run 1-3 minutes (water temperature drops to 70℃), to close the unit switch.
2. Check the engine and diesel chamber for leakage after shutdown, and close the fuel valve.
3. When the unit has an emergency, it is allowed to press the emergency button to cut off the oil supply and stop the unit quickly.
