What causes the diesel generator manufacturer to automatically turn off the flame?

There are many reasons why a diesel generator of a diesel generator stalls. In general, Cummins can quickly determine the location of the fault, quickly predict the location of the accident, and investigate the automatic flameout accident through technical operating conditions such as deceleration before and after the flameout and changes in the color of the exhaust.
(1) The idle speed is unstable, and the diesel generator gradually turns off. Diesel generators stall slowly due to untimely or interrupted fuel supply, usually due to poor throttling. Its performance is that the diesel generator gradually becomes inoperable and then automatically shuts down. The reasons for the failure and the solutions are as follows:
2) If there is enough diesel, the exhaust valve of the fuel tank cap may be clogged, or the fuel filter or oil separator and intake pipe may be clogged. Loosen the nozzle or exhaust screw of the fuel injection nozzle or fuel delivery pump, supply oil with the fuel delivery pump, and observe the oil flow on the fuel pipe or exhaust screw.
1. If there are air bubbles at the vent screw, it is air in the air pipe. At this point, check the oil transfer pump, oil line, and all joints for tightness, cracks, or wear. When the oil-water separator and the oil-water separator to the fuel injection pump pipeline leak, air infiltrates, reduces the vacuum in the pipeline, weakens the attractiveness of the fuel in the fuel tank, and causes the diesel generator to fail to start. If the intake port is small, the oil volume can be maintained and sent to the fuel injection pump by the fuel transfer pump. At this point, the diesel generator may fail to start successfully, or automatically shut down during post-start operation. If too much air gets into the oil circuit, it will cause multiple cylinders to cut out or reduce fuel injection, and the diesel generator will not start successfully.
2. If there are no air bubbles in the diesel oil, the oil pump can return to the fixed position, and the starter can drive the diesel generator to rotate the pump oil. If there is still no oil flowing out, it means that the oil transfer pump has an accident, and the oil transfer pump should be replaced. The diesel generator started again, but the speed of the diesel generator was fast and slow, indicating that the oil circuit was blocked and the diesel supply was short. Diesel filters should be maintained and inspected, and cleaned and unclogged in sections. In addition, in the cold winter in the north, the oil circuit is blocked due to the freezing of water in the fuel, which will also cause the diesel generator to automatically shut down. Inaccurate labels on diesel used in severe winter can also cause automatic flameout due to excessive fuel sedimentation and poor fluidity.
(2) There is no abnormality before the flame is turned off. In this case, the fuel injector damage and the high pressure circuit accident of the fuel mechanism often occur. The fuel mechanism stops injecting fuel into the cylinders, and the diesel generator shuts off suddenly and automatically. If this phenomenon occurs, please check the rotation and fuel supply of the fuel injection pump in advance.
1. The nozzle is broken. The nozzle joint is caused by the corrosion of water or acidic elements in the diesel oil; the accident of the sealing surface of the needle valve, the channeling of the combustible gas (coupled parts) in the cylinder and the formation of carbon deposits cause the blockage of the precision parts. At this point, the nozzle stops spraying, and the diesel generator will automatically shut down.
2. Nozzle operation deteriorates. When the oil gun drips seriously, the adjustment spring is broken, the precision parts of the nozzle are worn, the matching gap increases, the fuel injection pressure decreases, the diesel atomization is poor, and the fuel injection time is prolonged. At this time, the fuel consumption of the diesel generator increases, the power decreases, and the heavy-duty diesel generator on the engine side is easy to stop.
3. The injector does not work or the operation deteriorates. For example: the plunger is stuck, the plunger rotating arm is separated from the tie rod, the oil drain valve or the plunger coupling is severely worn, the plunger spring or the oil outlet valve spring is broken, the fuel injection nozzle drive bolt is broken, etc. The fuel injection pump does not work or its work deteriorates, causing the diesel generator to stall.
If an accident occurs on the throttle control lever of the fuel injector, the connecting rod will fall off, causing the failure of the throttle mechanism, which in turn will cause the diesel generator to stall.
The high pressure oil pipe is broken. The high-pressure oil pipe is slender and the pressure is extremely high. If the oil pipe is aged, broken or the joint is loose and oil leaks, the oil supply will be interrupted and the diesel generator will be shut down.
