Avoid no cooling water in the tank or adding cooling water after starting: Adding cooling water after starting a diesel generator can cause hot cylinder liners, cylinder heads and other vital components to burst or deform due to sudden cooling. Similarly, if boiling water at 100°C is suddenly added to a cold cylinder block, it will crack the cylinder head and cylinder block. The scientific and reasonable method is: before starting the diesel generator, be sure to add cooling water to the diesel generator, add warm water above 60°C and below 60°C, preheat in advance, and then run.
Not supplying fuel as specified: Before or after starting the diesel generator, we should not put the decompression handle in the “working” position, but put the throttle handle in the fuel supply position before starting the diesel generator. The disadvantage of not operating according to this requirement is: when starting the diesel generator, if we increase the throttle oil supply first, it will lead to diesel consumption, and the excess diesel will wash the cylinder wall and deteriorate the lubrication between the piston, piston ring and cylinder liner, Increase damage, and the remaining oil injected into the oil pan will dilute the engine oil, greatly reducing the actual lubrication effect, resulting in too much diesel in the cylinder, incomplete combustion will produce carbon deposits. The scientific and reasonable method is to preheat the engine in advance, then supply oil through the fuel valve, and then run.
Do not change lubricating oil and diesel oil in time: the ambient temperature in autumn and winter is different from that in summer, and the oil used is also different. In the cold and hot areas in summer, if the lubricating oil with good heat resistance index (such as 40, 50, 60, etc.) is not replaced, the anti-oxidative stability of the lubricating oil will be affected, and its thermal decomposition, oxidation and polymerization will become increasingly intensified. Perishable. At the same time, the viscosity of lubricating oil will decrease with the increase of ambient temperature, which can easily lead to excessive consumption of lubricating oil; in autumn and winter, if the low-viscosity lubricating oil and low-freezing diesel oil are not replaced in time, the internal resistance of diesel generators will be relatively high.
