4, fuel supply system: the role of the fuel supply system of the diesel generator set is to inject a certain amount of diesel into the combustion chamber and air at a certain pressure within a certain period of time in order to burn and do work. It is mainly composed of diesel tank, oil delivery pump, diesel filter, fuel injection pump (high pressure oil pump), fuel injector, governor and so on.
5, lubrication system: the function of the lubrication system is to send the lubricating oil to the friction surface of the moving parts of the diesel generator set, which plays the role of anti-friction, cooling, purification, sealing and rust prevention to reduce friction resistance and wear, and take away the heat generated by friction, so as to ensure the normal operation of the diesel generator set. It is mainly composed of oil pump, oil filter, oil radiator, various valves and lubricating oil passage.
6, cooling system: the function of the cooling system is to transfer the heat from the heated parts of the diesel generator set to keep the diesel generator set working at the most appropriate temperature to obtain good economy, power and durability. The cooling system is divided into two types: water cooling and air cooling. Most diesel generators use water cooling systems, which use water as a cooling medium. There are also a small number of diesel generators using air cooling systems. The wind cooling method is also called the air cooling method, which uses air as the cooling medium to transfer the heat of the heated parts of the diesel generator set. This cooling method is composed of fans and air hoods, etc. In order to increase the heat dissipation area, heat sinks are usually cast on the cylinder head and cylinder body.
7, starting device: the diesel generator set can not start by itself, must use external forces to make it operate fire burning, in order to achieve self-operation state. Therefore, the diesel generator set must be equipped with a special starting device. The hand-started diesel generator set is provided with a starting claw; Motor starting is equipped with a starting motor; A compressed air starting device, etc.
