First, the machine room out of the entrance noise suppression:

Two, diesel engine air intake system noise reduction:
The diesel engine must have enough air intake to maintain the normal operation of the unit. Generally, the air intake system should be set opposite the fan outlet of the unit. According to our experience, the air intake is forced into the machine room, and the air intake is pumped into the machine room by the blower through the silencer air chute.
Three, diesel exhaust system noise suppression:
When the diesel engine is cooled by the tank fan system, the heat of the tank radiator must be discharged out of the room. In order to avoid the noise coming out of the room, the exhaust air groove must be set up for the exhaust system.
Four, engine room outside the exhaust system noise suppression:
There is still a high noise outside the engine room after the exhaust air is silenced by the exhaust air trough. The exhaust air must be silenced by the silenced air trough set outside the engine room, so as to reduce the noise to a minimum. The silenced air trough is external to the brick wall structure and internal to the sound-absorbing board.
Five, diesel exhaust noise reduction system:
The exhaust gas emitted by the diesel engine produces a certain amount of noise. We add a muffler box in the exhaust emission system of the unit. At the same time, the exhaust muffler pipe is wrapped with fireproof rock wool material, which can not only reduce the heat of the unit to the machine room, but also reduce the working vibration of the unit, so as to achieve the purpose of noise attenuation.
